We have a block of rooms available at the Wildwood Hotel located approximately 15 minutes from the venue. If you would like to make a reservation, be sure to do so before September 3, 2025. See the TRAVEL section of our website for contact information to reserve your room in the block.

We will have a shuttle service transporting guests from the Wildwood Hotel to Westwind Hills. Current pickup times are scheduled for 3:00pm and 3:30pm in order for guests to arrive at the venue by 4:30pm. Final shuttle leaves the venue at 10:30pm to return to the hotel after reception. If you wish to take the shuttle, parking is available at the Wildwood Hotel and in the surrounding shopping plaza. Parking is also available at Westwind Hills.

We are requesting cocktail attire. For men, a suit and tie or tailored blazer and dress pants works great. For women, a mini, knee-length, and midi cocktail dress or dressy jumpsuit is perfect.

Due to limited space at our venue, we will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation. We look forward to celebrating with all of our closest family and friends!

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We hope you enjoy a fun night out—we can’t wait to celebrate with you!
